Walking and gardening

Out bright and early for a walk up to the top of the hill and back down again with C. I don't think that we stopped talking once during the walk. It was so good to talk to someone different.

I spent the afternoon tidying the back garden. There is still plenty to do but at least a few more of the plants are visible now. Blue skies all day long and the buds on the fruit trees are growing fast now. The crab apple blossom is still tightly closed but is a promise of beauty to come.
