Emerging bud

I finished baking the bread first thing and then walked down to the supermarket for a few bits and pieces, returning by the river path. The afternoon was given over to table tennis. I got to hear of a man who was the Belgian veteran number one who wanted to play. We have been deprived of sport in clubs so it was great to practice with a good player at home. He obviously enjoyed himself as we have booked in two more sessions next week.
