Managed to fit in a walk before the supermarket shop!

It seemed very quiet ..... not sure what had happened to the 'usual suspects' that we generally see ..... perhaps they didn't realise we were coming as it wasn't Sunday! Lol ;-)

This Lesser black-backed Gull was looking very proud perched on top of the post ...... though I don't think he would have been so pleased if he'd realised he was only 'Lesser'! Hope you like it :-)

We did see one unusual flying object! The Hercules aircraft which flies in & out of RAF Coningsby flew across in front of us ...... I managed to get a reasonable photo .... added it as an Extra :-)

Update: My sister has not had a stroke .... it is postoperative delirium/dementia! This is apparently fairly rare but not permanent thankfully.
