Ouch!

First warm up / conditioning ride since October. I need to get a turbo trainer for the winter. Doesn’t matter how much gym training you do, fitness requires cardio and lots of it. Still can’t run. Don’t know what I’ve done to my heel, but still can’t run. Did hold up to the bike though. Better than my knee, pelvis, hamstring and back did :-)))

And, it was a nice blue sky day.

My next dodge the potholes adventure will not be for a few days but it was fun
