Blue Tit Egg!

10°C  -  12 mph SSE Wind Speed  -  20 mph Gusts  -  Sunny Day.  A sad find today on my lawn  -  a Blue Tit’s egg that had obviously been stolen and fed from.  It’s very dainty and only about an inch in length  -  see the extra.  I googled eggs and from my reading I think it may have been stolen by a Magpie  -  we do get some around here from time to time and I have blipped them.  I won’t be so happy to welcome them the next time they come.  Meanwhile, there are plenty of Blue Tits enjoying the suet ball feeders and the sunshine☺
