Ended up spending most of the day indoors waiting for BT. Agreed to them coming in the morning instead of afternoon as nook d as I thought that would mean I could get out in the afternoon as it was sunny. Came and ran the cable and installed fibre internet but I then found out a second engineer needed to come to sort out the phone connection- even though I said I didn’t want one. He arrived mid afternoon and I persuaded him I didn’t need a phone connection but he did need to do something to the outside box to stop a fault being registered on the line and me getting engineer visits to check. By this time it was 4pmdo just went for a quick walk - need to find some more shortish walks. Here is the lounge complete with new fibre modem
