Crufts Day 1

Well this is what Roo is up to at crufts,he would never make a show dog or be any good at agility but he excels in his line of work as a therapy dog and the chis really know how to draw in the crowds.

More 4 are televising crufts and anyone watching tonight would have seen me and Mexi( her first crufts) talking to TV presenter Claire Balding.

But my highlight today was when a little boy came up to Roo and asked if he could have a photo, the little boy had a guide dog with him and was totally blind, he sat on the floor and Roo climbed on his knee, the photo was taken and the little boy turned to his dad and said quick we need to develop this picture as I want to see it... This makes Roos job that bit more special and yes it did bring a big lump to my throat.
