Allotment - 6 years ago

Another lovely afternoon at the allotment.  We planted kale, chard and rocket last September / October to overwinter - it's survived and started to grow again now. We got our allotment six years ago after seven years on the waiting list.  This is a photo of the allotment when we took it over - we were told the plot was in a relatively good condition!  It looks very different now, in a good way.  We've loved having it especially during this last year of Covid.  Hard to believe its six years - thought I might have been a bit more expert by now!
