Wash and Backwash

There's been a bit of a chilly wind blowing but this afternoon it was lovely and sunny. The road into Teignmouth was choked up so I got off it and headed towards Dawlish on back roads. Part of the sea front east of the town is closed here so I walked down to Rockstone to get to the beach.

I found it a job to see what I was doing in the bright sunlight but I managed to get a few long exposures of waves crashing on to these old groynes.
