a hitch in the pattern ?

The subject of today's blip has seen better days.

We have had a distinct change in our pattern today, haircuts, one yesterday and mine this morning and we have been in a real shop this afternoon, a shop with real live shop keepers who helped us fit and buy new shoes. What a change from on-line shopping, people to talk to, good service and a chance to support a local retailer. 

PS both pairs of shoes were even made in England !!
