Joanna's car was in the garage all morning and I was going into town for the weekly shop, so we met up and headed down to Caerlaverock for a walk. You can see  in the extras how happy Jess was!

In the main photo we are sitting having a cup of tea in our friend Jill's garden, down by the river. Jess is tied up to stop her going into the water. Jill kindly gave me some wool for my Stitches for Survival knitting project. It was almost too hot, sitting there in our woolly jumpers..lovely to feel the sun's warmth like that for a change.
