Something for others

I have decided to try and support some charities and good causes this year through sponsored cycles. I will be out on the bike anyway and it seems reasonable to hope that others may be able to benefit from something which literally costs me no extra effort.

This is quite cheeky but IF anyone wishes to support my first effort; to cycle 100 miles during the month of May in support of Prostate Cancer UK, the link is below.

My bike is going in for a health check and service on Friday, I’ve sponsored myself already and I’ve paid for a Prostate Cancer UK cycling jersey so that I can further promote the cause while I’m out and about.
