Still stunning

Most of my magnolia is showing brown-edged signs of rust. However, in more sheltered spaces, there are still glimpses of pure glory.

This morning has been super. I met up with a friend I haven’t seen for more than a year (except on Zoom or the Bridge app, BBO.). We had a coffee  outside at The Fig and Olive.  And then we found some brilliant bargains in Forage, the next door delicatessen. It’s the only place I can find my favourite cut of beef - onglet.
