I am grateful for every sunny day because it encourages me to keep fit and even while the sciatica is still a feature of my experience, I am down to two Paracetamol Extra for the morning aches and muscle pain in my left leg.
Mum is recovering in hospital from her fall in the Nursing home. Morphine has been used to stop Mum being in pain on the ward.
I pray daily for a miraculous healing. My sister continues to visit Mum.
Paul is having a cataract operation soon and today a Covid19 test.
Paul's Mum is 92 today. Both The Mums are 92 now and it is a blessing to have them both alive. Both are Great Grandmothers. Both are amazingly humble, God fearing women.
I enjoyed my walk and was delighted to see this dear squirrel. Nature helps put life in a happier perspective. Back to the housework and washing now. Arthur is on a sunny windowsill.
