Day 22: First Run in a While

I was up early today and decided that it was about time I went for a run! I usually play football once or twice a week but haven't played or done any exercise (other than walking) since I injured myself badly falling onto some steps at the start of February.

Took this artistic photo of my sexy running shoes before heading off. Unfortunately, just as I was finishing my run, my left calf went :( bloody typical! Just as well I've got a nice quiet night in planned with my gorgeous girl :)
