Hairdressers are open again!

Across the land, covid restrictions are being relaxed, and thousands of hairy people are rushing to the hairdressers... but not Janet.

It's been a delightful afternoon, with Cheryl and Ivy coming over for a long long long overdue garden visit. In the hot sunshine both Ivy and I needed our hats, although Ivy liked mine more, albeit backwards. I won't show you me wearing Ivy's... But although I'd cut a perfect horizontal to the back only the other day, apparently I don't understand layers, and in an earlier life Cheryl was a trained hairdresser.

And hey! I HAD A BEER IN A PUB GARDEN TODAY!!! Oh, the joy...

Ivy was rather put out when it was time to go. I think she'd got the idea we were back to sleepovers again. It was a tired and emotional farewell, but we can't wait for the next visit.
