Lambs!

I count sixteen and a leg in this photo! (if you're checking, count the legs on the ewe on the left).

On the way home from visiting the wee ones, along the 'pretty' route we passed between two fields with lambs. Unable to stop we drove on, made a left turn, drove on until we could turn round and came back, overshot the field to park safely in order to walk back to a gap in the hedge for this view. Good ewe mums were calling their offspring as we stood watching, warning them of impending danger - wish I could tell them I was so pleased to see them I presented no threat. Extra of one careful Mum with twins.

Worth every extra kilometre.
