Chorley

A day of going out!  We have two parasols for the garden BUT no bases and no tube to lengthen the handle of the parasols.  So they are not much use.  This morning we tried B&Q and then Range.  Not the bases we are after and no tubes!

Over lunch Ro found the bases at Argos in Chorley so off we went to collect them!  Parked out of town and walked in.  It was market day! So we had a little look but there was nothing we wanted, collected the bases and home we went!  Shot taken as we crossed St. Mary’s church car park.    

We passed my old college where I used to teach French. And took the route I always used to take home over the moors.  Part of the way the roads were lined with daffodils!  Such a cheerful plant !
