GA Conference 2021 - Day 2

Second day of conference, which went from 8.30am - 8.45pm with some breaks in the day. Loads of sessions. I was involved in a panel at 9am with other colleagues, and I also had the privilege of introducing Dr Susan Pike for her Presidential Address - not in front of 300+ actual people sadly. Also had plenty of conversations with people in the Wonder Room, and the day ended with a Teachmeet and then chats with other geographers with a glass of wine - a great buzz about the day. The picture was taken for a session themed around the geographies in the writings of A A Milne... imaginative and playful geographies of Winnie the Pooh... and yes, that is Paddington, who also had encounters with geographers of course....
