Taking Cover

A busy day but managed a lovely walk with Jorgie in the afternoon.
Took our time again and have been lucky to find a woodpecker's nest hole. 
Hoping the weather warms up a bit so I don't freeze while on a stakeout.

Liked this little male sparrow hiding away from a marauding sparrow hawk.
I particularly like all the textures and muted tones of the old beam and bricks, matching his spring jacket
