Don't Laugh.
I was on breakfast duty today as Sue was suffering a bit with a headache from the Covid Injection. She was not really hungrey but did fancy Scrambled Egg.
Well, don't laugh, at 71 years old this is only the second time I have made Scrambled Egg. 
The first time was when a friend of mine and I were the cook detail at Cambridge South District Cub Camp. We cooked scrambled eggs for 70 Cubs and probally 20 Adults and was quite interesting, the scambled eggs came out green! 
Todays effort, after looking for a recipe on the web, thankfully, turned out okay .
