Toby

Here is Toby enjoying the sunshine. We’ve had two frosty mornings and the sun is welcome.

We didn’t go out today. I did some of the jigsaw, washing and gardening. I divided a silene plant up and put 11 plantlets  into the gap between my path and the lawn. It’s an experiment and I’m not sure if they will survive. The original plant is a tough, not very interesting plant most of the year but it’s the perfect size and has flowers in spring. Tolerates hot sun and frosts. The original plant was probably about $12 at the nursery so if they survive I have saved a lot of money.
