Singing for her Supper

Or in this case, Lunch.Mrs Black Cap came to the table at Hanging Tree Restaurant this lunch time. She Perched on the bar and looked up at the Suet Block and wondered if she could reach the food. She actually stretched up while still perched on the bar and was able to reach the Suet without clinging onto the cage. The same as the Blackbirds do. She is becoming a regular visitor to the Restaurant now along with the Blue tits, Coal tits, Great tits, Robins, Chaffinches,Blackbirds and the occasional Siskin. Still no sign of the male Black Cap this year yet. But yesterday at the Crab Apple Restaurant I did see a Tree Creeper. This is the first I have seen up here. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera to hand and before I got the camera he had gone. Maybe another day.
