Prep

Will’s birthday tomorrow. He bought me a wax seal kit for Christmas that I haven’t used yet. Perfect for taskmaster style notifications for his birthday presents that as yet have no tangible form.

Before that I went to yoga and then to the beach with Rosie. In the actual snow which was a bit silly. Then it started raining which raised questions about our inaugural sea swimming lesson. We set off anyway, in the rain and with the car reporting three degrees.

It was bloody fabulous . Kath our teacher so complimentary about all the things we were apparently very good at. And ignored our prerequisite of it being to cold to put our faces in and told us to put our faces in the water. We swam to a pole, then did drills which were revolutionary. It’s been such a long time since I have actually done proper swimming, I loved it.

Then home for birthday baking, taking Will for a clean bill of dentistry health and now I’m watching line of duty listening to Daisy clean the bathroom. Which doesn’t seem quite right but am leaving her to it.
