Whacky...

...the theme for MonoMonday, & thanks to random_angel for hosting this month. Since Tom has to go in for lab work and a Dr. visit today, I was trying to come up with something whacky at home; hence the cheese. Wisconsin is very well known for its cheese production, but it's not the cheese itself that's whacky, but rather the actual law concerning it's production. In Wisconsin, it's illegal to produce cheese that is not "highly pleasing". Seriously! It's an actual law. So if any of you don't find this colby-jack cheese  "highly pleasing", feel free to let me know and I'll have the producers of this cheese arrested!  :)
