Freedom!

Slept well last night, which is surprising considering how intense Line of Duty was.  Lol!

Well as you can see I'm now free of my cast.  The doc reckons it has healed well, so I've got this splint and exercises to do.  My wrist is very stiff and it hurts when I try do anything normal, although unusual for my wrist after the last weeks.  I'm not out of the woods but in better place now.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  The docs and nurses who put me back together
