Button

The simple task of sewing on a button this afternoon took longer than I expected. First, find a needle. I realized I had just one left in a packet I’ve had in my sewing basket for about thirty years. Second, thread the needle. The eye was so so small that it took both of us some effort but C. eventually managed it. Third, sew on the button, which I’m going to do now.
