Had to go to the Dentist this morning for a checkup and a hygienist app.

The last time I had been there, is to have a crowned tooth out last summer, I had not had a hygienist app then so it was over a year sine I had seen anyone, she was very pleased with me saying they were looking good, so I must be doing something wright.
