I’m so enjoying seeing my favourite plants reappear this year.

This flower was an impulse purchase when I went to Sudbury Open Prison two years ago with my brother.

No, he wasn’t an inmate. He just liked their food and went once a week with a mate for the roasts they served, in conjunction with Milton Keynes College.

They also had a gardening crafts and plants section just nearby and I bought this pretty plant for next to nothing.

I can’t even remember the name now, so I’d better look it up as it has emerged.
