Broken!!

After a very stressful 12 hour shift for many reasons, there came a phone call an hour before I was due to finish that teen2 had fallen in the forest and was in route to casualty.

The first time in 18 years I've not been by her side when she's needed me. Due to covid and her being 5 days short of her 18th birthday, we weren't permitted to stay with her in hospital.

Xrays, bloods, back slab until the swelling goes down and another xray she was allowed to go home just before midnight.

Safe to say she isn't happy.
