In the skies

Went up in a light aircraft today, first time in a couple of years I think. I found it a bit scary to be honest as it was hailing as we took off and you could see lots of ‘weather’ in pockets around the place.

Blip is a photo over Perthshire and a squall or rain shower in the distance.

Hubby had a nice birthday with all that flying, lots of pressies plus a nice takeaway curry, and cookies n cream birthday cake to follow! Don’t say we’re not good to him!

Not much else to report except I’m enjoying having all the family at home. The younger two go back to school on Tuesday which will be a real shock to the system for them!
