By the canal

We walked by the canal at Edstone aqueduct again today. It is interesting to see the changes that spring brings. The splash of blue sky, the leaves coming out on the trees and bushes. Violets of shades purple through to white. Along the tow path we saw lots of cowslips coming out.

The dogs enjoyed their usual sniffing and snuffling around. Today there were loads of people around. Cyclists zooming past, joggers and walkers and dogs. Even a couple of people on paddle boards navigating the canal.
