Snowy Dawn

It has been cold for the past few days, but when the snow lay in the shadows for most of the day, it was a bit of a surprise.
I took Star out for a long walk myself, really so Ally could get on uninterrupted  with DIY and the loft ladder. 
And it was done.
Today was souper  day. Three soups made; Caldo Verde, Carrot and coriander,  and Mushroom . Lunches for at least a week sorted.

The boys are doing dinner. Lamb chops, hassleback potatoes,  parsnip  and carrots, with  apple strudel and custard.

Later we have a we meeting. EAT. Activism is a way of life... or am I too old for all of it now?
