Almost There.

It's been cold since Thursday when I shot this low hanging branch from my allotment neighbour's plum tree.  Coldish still today but sunshine most of the day persuaded at least one bud to burst.
2nd Covid vac. last evening - arm a bit pained but no other symptoms exactly as with 1st vac.  I don't feel particularly protected or safer and ready to take any more risks than the odd meet up with friends.  Mask wearing and distancing is easy and must be effective as I have not had a cold this year and don't recall any friends suffering either.  If it seems more socially accepted next Winter I think I'll keep it up!  Maybe it's the simple solution to the common cold that has been elusive for so long.
