It was a lot......

....better than it looks here!  Chicken breast marinated in honey, wine, thyme and paprika & then roasted & served on a bed of roasted vegetables!  Did a bit of gardening this afternoon, digging out two old sage plants and an ancient thyme.  Cuttings have been taken!
