Lazy Sunday

Took my daughter back to Uni and got back in time to enjoy some low light in the garden. Hellebore are at their peak now.

This garden was completely overgrown when we moved here 10 years ago. Slowly I started making a lawn, cutting down all the conifers and planted useful plants like fruit and herbs. Then it got neglected for 6 years while I was busy travelling.

This lockdown has given me time to get it sorted again, and now I am ready to make a grand plan and starting to realise it. It will take another 6 years but I’ll get there.
