Transfixed

The meditation cushion has been a surprise hit with the small boy and the dog.

The small boy likes sitting on it and the dog like going to sleep with his head resting on it.

I think I have only been allowed near it once.

I have yoga blocks and a new strap now I just need a new mat as we threw the last ones out after they had been eaten by the rabbits and then peed on and well had just generally ended up not being very nice.

I am planning on starting doing yoga again. It takes more care because of my hypermobility but actually I have stiffened up a lot the last couple of years and I really need to work my core.

Today I have tidied up some of the urchins toys and sorted through some games and hidden another couple of things in the car while he was out ready to go to the charity shop.

But I am really struggling today with mittelschmerz extreme fatigue and a headache.

Didn't help that I kept being woken up by YouTube adverts, it took a few rude awakenings before I realised auto play had been turned on. But at least I finally got my noise cancelling earbuds connected again.
