Yellow Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised to come across this huge field of oilseed rape today. There wasn't any sign of it just over a month ago when we last did this walk. We couldn't smell it but maybe that comes later. It's hard to capture how lovely it looks - my blip is a panoramic view (8 images combined).

The extra is a close up. It was supposed to show it was snowing but that hasn't worked. Another strange day weather wise - sun, hail, sun, snow, sun, snow, sun  ....
