Shaking hands and head

Mood levels are generally good, except i seem to be sleeping constantly. I don't know if I should make an appointment with my doctor, but i think I will just monitor it for a bit longer. I also get shaking hands and my head shakes as well. I think this is down to my depot injection. And since its been nearly 6 years since ive been in hospital and was put on the depot injection i think it is a small price to pay for being out in the community. I had a telephone consultation with my psychiatrist and she didn't want to reduce my tablet forms of medication. I am now yearly contact with her. Unless i got elated or fail into a deep depression.
