Bedraggled rose

G brought this rose from our Athens balcony yesterday and it clearly didn't enjoy being stuffed in a plastic bag for several hours! But despite its bedraggled appearance it has a really wonderful scent.
My laptop finally died last night. I took it to a local technician I'd been recommended, and he rang back later to confirm the hard disk was irreparable. Fortunately I'd copied most of my stuff to an external disk recently. Waiting now for a further report on whether it's worth replacing the hard disk or not...
