How much is that doggie in the window?

As I went into  a store today I kept hearing this dog about to bark his head off. I was so concerned  that someone might try to take him The window was all the way down. I got in my car and pulled right beside this car. In the passenger's seat there sat either a child or a very short adult. Which ever it was they were doing nothing to calm that poor dog down.. If there hadn't been someone in the car I might have taken  him for a ride.
