S and I overtook Jim on our run today. It was the first Saturday that he had ventured into the park for some time. We have made plans to catch up properly next week, arthritis and weather permitting.

Sally ran nonstop for 5K. Great stuff.

Did some household chores, walked with my sister and drank tea with my Dad. Finished a 'yellow' section on the current jigsaw.
