Welcome sign is out

B got a couple of new bird houses for Christmas. I put them up several weeks ago so now we need some tenants.

Yard work today and probably for the next two days as well. I have to hurry as bad weather is predicted Tuesday and for the week after that. Cold and a "wintery mix" which does not sound good.
