Pond plants

John said I cant call it a pond because it's so small but I said it must be a pond now it has pond plants!
Ivy and I popped to the garden centre to pick them up today.

I went swimming at the lake again. This time with Charlotte and Andy. Andy rushed off ahead and did the 400m loop. Charlotte and I took our time and slowly did a 200m loop. I really concentrated on my breathing and staying calm and I did much better today, it was cold, but my breathing was normal and we actually chatted our way round. It was nice. The coffee shop is open there too now, so we enjoyed a coffee after.
