Spent a couple of hours at J’s doing some gardening, mainly leaving leaving bare earth for us to plant in next Friday. Still looks a lot better than what was there before though! Drain clearance people were supposed to come to try and clear the soak away drains in the garden but didn’t arrive. Had the radio oninthe background/ did wonder why the national anthem was being played! Must bedevastating to lose a life partner after so many years. I’m already bored and aghast at the amount of radio and tv coverage!
