At the Diemel Cataracts
What a day. Entirely in the service of preparing Misch&Dolfs arrival tomorrow. Here inside and outside there are still a few things to do. But it feels already better to have removed old decorative arrangements dating back to December.
More important has been our visit to the testcentre. I say we, because indeed Our old friend Gerlinde who knows Mischa well she too wanted to have a first test before the meeting. As we arrived in the spacious Red Cross Centre we barely had to wait.- And it all came down to dataform, cottonswab, a bit of waiting outside, and there it is: your negative test-form.
While waiting outside we had the opportunity to shoot some pictures of the springtime magnoliablossom, the daffodils, the yellows. Blue was the sky but chilling the wind. From the testcentre we went to the nearby local Super. Where I found more vegan products for our guests than I had expected.
Then we decided to profit from the Sunny weather. So Gerlinde for the First time since she lives in Carlsheaven – was introduced on this for her unknown Diemel- Canal-track. One of Our local favorites. My friend was amazed about the beauty of flowered prairies, the wild meandering of the Diemelriverside. And the many herbs. Next time I will take notes of their names. Anyhow, It was a surprising roundwalk. Exchanging remarkable events in the past of our personal lives.
Back home I rested a while and went on with the prepairing chores. Feeling now my sunburnt face and listening to jazzmusic on the radio, I smile, while writing these lines: My DearestLove will be very pleased to see and hear all the downtoearth changes in the course of Our life. Seeing how we endure these Corona-restrictions. Already in place more than a year ago. No ending in sight. Only by living joyfully the total insecurity we keep moving.
