Over the Treetops
This Osprey was flying very high and in the distance after catching a late morning feast. I really should have had my teleconverter for this. I also photographed a Red-breasted Nuthatch, which is a first for me, as most of ours at home are white-breasted.
I debated going back to the pine forest where I found yesterday's owl, but decided to circle this pond in order to get more exercise. In retrospect, I'm regretting the lost opportunity to spend time with that magnificent great horned, but I should be able to get another visit in before we leave here. Thank you for all of your lovely comments about Miss Owl yesterday.
