Calorific

Classic bit of the A70 AKA The Lang Whang here, about 15 miles out of Edinburgh. On the way home from a ride down to The Borders, where I'd pulled in to wolf down a granola bar when I knew that I was flagging a bit (this is just after the few miles of headwind and snow storm that I *really* wasn't expecting). Anyway, I've just looked up this supermarket brand of sustenance and they're not nearly calorific enough for my energy needs - won't be buying them again.

Good ride tho', and this after a good morning of coffee, crossword and music. But now, after making pizzas for my lot and having two beers to make a good evening too...I think I may quit while I'm ahead. Zzzzz.
