These are two of the four beach huts that Dave, the landlord of The Chequers, has built during lockdown. I've spent another 6 hours today varnishing & painting tables and picnic benches and the fence. Now we wait until Monday for the pubs to reopen and hopefully have punters flocking into the gardens.
