A life well lived

I’m back after an unwanted break. My wee Mum passed away unexpectedly 12 days ago. She was evacuated from Saltcoats, Ayrshire to Thornhill, Dumfriesshire in 1939 and due to circumstances never went back.

This is the beautiful view of the graveyard in Thornhill. Mum and Dad would’ve been married 61 years next week and are both 86.
